In the years since our founding, we’ve made it our mission to make every aspect of construction lending better. We’re excited to announce that as of August 2020, we’re rebranding. eDraw, Inc. will now be known as CoFi. Our new name and brand will reflect our commitment to bridge the communication gap, build better relationships, and provide integrative cloud-based software that makes your job easier.

At CoFi, we believe in continued innovation and growth. We believe that our rebranding will enable us to expand upon the services we provide, and foster stronger relationships with the communities we serve.

You’ll start to see changes in our website, app, and communication as we fully integrate our new name and brand. Business will continue as usual, with more services coming soon! Keep an eye out for additional announcements in the coming weeks.

As we start this process, we’d like to take a moment to thank our loyal clients and associates. Without you, this would not be possible and we look forward to continued innovation and growth in the coming years.

ABOUT COFI

CoFi is a FinTech startup created to improve the construction lending process through integrative software. Its headquarters is located in Alpine, UT, with a team of project inspectors scattered throughout the United States. It serves as the go-between for smoother lending, bridges the communication gap between lenders and contractors, and speeds up the construction draw process.

As far as features go, CoFi’s innovative software gets rid of the headache of manually processing payment requests. Project information and loan data need only be uploaded once, and the software handles the rest. CoFi also offers processing payments within the app, lien waiver management, property inspections, and in-app approvals to keep the job moving forward.

CoFi was established in June 2018 as eDraw, Inc. by Mike Lacey, Cameron Harris, and David Rockwood. With a combined 25 years of experience in the construction industry, the team envisioned a better way to process construction draws – leading to the development of eDraw, Inc.
